Halfway to the break

So, three exams down, three more to go. In addition to POM, today saw us finishing off Managerial Accounting and Foundations of Marketing.

Managerial Accounting was fairly straightforward. At least I hope so - if not, then I screwed up fairly big-time. Which, of course, there's always a probability that I did...

Foundations of Marketing was a case-based exam. We were asked to analyze a corn-based salty snack for the American market. Now, with marketing, there's often no "right" answer. A random sampling among the four or five who were first to finish all had us giving different answers, with all of us able to back our answers up with reasonable arguments.

On the whole, we're all happy to now be halfway to the break. This weekend is seeing a lot of "farewell" dinners as some 20% or so of the class heads off to Fonty for P3.

It feels a bit weird to know that come January, everything will change.

My promotion will grow with the addition of close to 200 people coming across from Fonty.

And, of course, the overall campus population will grow with the new intake of some 150 or so students.
